COVID-19 Response: In an effort to maintain everyone’s heath and safety, our office will be offering the following changes beginning Thursday, March 19. Thank you for your cooperation, and know that we remain diligent in continuing to support your mental health needs during this unprecedented time.

  • Sessions can occur via phone or video-conference (we will be using a HIPPA compliant secure platform for tele-mental health, link provided upon booking)

  • Credit card payment MUST occur prior to appointment over the phone FOR ALL SESSIONS (shared information will be kept in secure file)

  • Staff will continue to be in office in order to answer phones and fill/mail prescriptions to your home

We are pleased you are interested in working with us for your mental health care. We are a family based mental health practice comprised of a board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, board certified clinical psychologist, and a licensed professional counselor. After more than twenty years of practicing together, we have found that our strong collaboration affords families a single place for all their mental health concerns. Our space is comfortable, calm, and open to all ages.

Who We Are

Eva Nemeth, M.D.

Dr.Nemeth is a board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist who works mainly with children of all ages and their supporting family members. She sees adults on a case by case basis and specializes in care for people struggling with attention issues, anxiety, and depression. Growing up in a military family, Dr. Nemeth has lived in several places, but has made Georgia her home for many years. She graduated from the University of Georgia and Medical College of Georgia. She completed her resident training at Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia.

Holly Middleton, Ph. D.

Dr. Middleton is a board certified clinical psychologist. Her practice includes therapy and psychological evaluations for patients of all ages. She specializes in care for people struggling with attention issues, anxiety, depression, and grief. Dr. Middleton consults with parent groups around the Atlanta area, speaking on general topics of raising children in a modern age. Additionally, she serves on the board of Chamblee Cares, a nonprofit organization that promotes training and education for suicide prevention. She holds degrees from Duke University and Georgia State University and completed her residency in her hometown of San Antonio, Texas.

Leanne Fey, LPC

Ms. Fey is a licensed professional counselor. She sees adults and provides individual and couples therapy. Ms. Fey specializes in helping with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, marital and relationship problems, ADD/ADHD, and life transitions. Ms. Fey uses a variety of therapeutic modalities to help people achieve positive change in their lives. She holds degrees from Bryn Mawr College and Lesley College and has completed post masters training in several residential treatment centers in both Massachusetts and Georgia.


What We Do


Our clinicians have expertise in providing the following services. But our practice will work to develop a personalized treatment plan for each individual client. That plan may require one or more of these approaches to be implemented along with other practices not listed here. In short, we are qualified to provide a variety of treatments in order to suit our client's specific needs.
