Drs. Nemeth and Middleton do not participate in any insurance plans. Therefore, full payment for their services is expected at the time of service. The office will provide you with the necessary paperwork should you want to file the claim yourself. Ms. Fey does accept insurance through several different companies. For Ms. Fey, all co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. Please call the office for a complete list of the insurance companies applicable for Ms. Fey.

As our clinician's hours are determined by appointment, we ask that you call to schedule your appointment well in advance. The office is closed on Fridays. We have a 24/7 answering service available after-hours.
Marie has been with us since the beginning. She is a vital part of our office family who manages the daily office activities of our practice. Marie answers phones, makes appointments, calls in prescriptions, and generally cares for all our patients as the first point of contact with our practice. Prior to working with us, Marie worked for many years as the office manager for another psychiatrist from whom we bought the practice. She has been in our business for so long that she knows the answers to most of your questions. The motto of our office is “if you don’t know, ask Marie.”
Assistant Office Manager
Jessica is a fixture of positive energy for our practice. Hers is likely to be one of the first faces you see when you come into the office. She, like Marie, answers calls, makes appointments, and calls in prescriptions. Jessica manages all email correspondence between clients and clinicians. She has access to all the information in our front office and is always happy to help patients with any and all questions. Jessica has a background in hospitality and a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
